May 1993: Kickstart 3.1 (v 40.055), (v 40.058), (v 40.060) is completed.
July 1993: Kickstart 3.1 (v 40.062), (v 40.063), (v 40.065) is completed.
September 1993: The CD32 is launched in most of the world, however it is unable to be launched in the United States due to a patient dispute. This is disastrous for Commodore, who were already in a perilous financial position by this time.
December 1993: Kickstart 3.1 (v 40.068) and (v 40.069) is completed.
February 1994: Kickstart 3.1 (40.070) is completed.
April 29, 1994: Commodore declared bankruptcy
